The first step is tenant placement.  Whether it is through our waiting list or our property marketing campaign we run all rental applicants through a full personal interview and 6 point background check including:

Complete a criminal history search

Full Credit Report

Full Eviction Search (to see that they have never been evicted)

Verification of Employment & Income

Rental Payment History

Identity Verification

Once we have a tenant, we take care of the lease and all accompanying paperwork.

We will collect on your behalf 1st and Last Months Rent Plus a Damage Deposit.

Our Tenant Placement Fee for the Above Services is just the equivalent of 1 month's rent.

After the tenant is placed Red Key Realty will manage the ongoing business of your rental for $85 per month.

Part of what we do includes:

Collection of Rent - via automatic withdrawal and direct deposit into your account.

Coordination of all Maintenance Requests

Conducting Property Inspections.

Assist with the End of Lease Turn Over & Project Management

Enforcement of lease provisions.

AND when you hire Red Key Realty to manage your rental,  we guarantee any tenant we place!  If they should move out before the end of their lease, we will place a new tenant in the home at no additional cost to you.
